Feel Good Fridays W/ TRU
Being a communications major as well as having a degree in business marketing, TRU gives out sound advice backed by logic and a rich belief that the Lord is leading him on the right path. So, in essence, through his show, he can help others see their path as well. While in college TRU hosted many events spanning from step shows, basketball games, open mics, and even a couple concerts. Then came a life changing experience… radio. After doing a radio internship with a professor at a neighboring school, TRU knew that radio would be something he would like to give a try on a more professional level. That internship showed a new side of radio that he never knew was there. When introduced to Church Beat Radio, TRU instantly realized that this would be a perfect way to spread his inspirational message to the masses. With natural talent to inspire and entertain, TRU brings his own you unique style and flavor to the Church Beat Radio family! Although, he is starting out as the youngest of the DJs, TRU Promises to be a force to be reckoned with… stay tuned.

Good music, and your voice is so smooth Mr TRU! and Temptation.. an excellent topic.. i think the verse goes something like, “Thou shalt not give into temptaion, for giving into temptaion is a sin”…. You were making very valid points and connecting with all things relevant with today’s society. Been in some of the situations you were discussing.. i completely agree. I hate when girls say All men are dogs and all men cheat.. its like, i feel cheating knows no gender… it goes both ways, People cheat, not just men, or women. And there is also such thing as “Emotional Cheating” and having an “Emotional Affair” cheating doesnt just include being physical… it can be emotional. I had a friend who is married, and her husband was having an Emotional Affair with another woman, texting, emailing, lunch dates.. never did anything past that…but…had FEELINGS… and sometimes, that hurts more than the normal..cheating…. and it also goes both ways as well. So..TRU, excellent job. Enjoyed the whole show… Cant wait untill Next Feel Good Friday!!!! Much Love.. Always

Great show today TRU! You’re insights and perspectives are legit! God is definitely working through you in my life and the lives of your listeners. Temptation is a struggle for humanity, for both believers and unbelievers in Christ. It’s only by the power of God through the Holy Spirit that we can overcome temptation. It’s important to note that if you do fall, to not beat yourself up for it, but rather to understand that through God’s love, grace, and mercy, a multitude of sins can be forgiven. It’s our responsibility to accept God’s forgiveness then forgive ourselves wholeheartedly. This can be difficult for many, because they feel unworthy after they fall, although true, they don’t take into consideration that they ARE worthy because Jesus paid for their sins once and for all. and that…is LOVE!

I love the show! Nice voice and nice selection in topics, I feel like many people can relate to the issues. Also, keep the variety going because it will cause more people to tune in and want to. I will def spread the word about you Mr. T-R-U and keep up the good work.
Beautiful music, inspirational messages with a straight up (no sugar coat) delivery. Finally a religious radio station I can listen and relate to without falling asleep. Great music, great DJ, great production. Feel Good Fridays gets two thumbs up, with hope for many more shows to come! TRU and Bam-Bu, keep doing your thing!

AMEN! Today’s message couldn’t have better…In today’s society there are way to many people frontin’, tryin to be something other than the BEST of whoTHEY are. It’s kinda sad but I use to be one of them. Not to long ago I spent some serious time lookin’ back on my life I realized I fronted for a good portion of my life but I’m soo happy that I can finally live my life and my dreams outside of the expectations of others. What I think and do NOW is all ME because I have a better underdstanding of who I am. Thanks to my re-connection with the LORD, I am my own person and I love it…
Today’s show was good but I believe you’ve had better show TRU…don’t get me wrong the message was cool and the music was really good but I didn’t get that feel of “dang! I needed that”. Keep strivin’ for excellence!!!
